For over 25 years, the Lower East Side Jewish Conservancy (LESJC) has created award-winning educational tours of New York’s most historically vibrant Jewish neighborhoods. Experience landmarks of the Lower East Side, including exclusive access to the beautiful Bialystoker Synagogue. Many of our guides were trained by author and historian Joyce Mendelsohn, a renowned expert on the history and culture of the Lower East Side.
